  Impeccable and professional experience. My Loan Officer was Brandee Lee Crooks. Brandee explained every step of securing a loan and is incredibly knowledgeable in all phases of the loan process. I have been a preferred client at an institutional bank for quite some time, and expected my bank to get me the best rates possible and the lowest closing costs with my status and credit, that was not the case. Brandee was available at all times to discuss the process, documents needed, and advocate on my behalf to secure our loan in a timely fashion. Brandee is always cheerful, and when I found line items on the CD, that weren't in alignment what was drafted from the lender, Brandee demonstrated her integrity by automatically bringing up what I had noticed and she had the lender update the CD. Once again, when reaching out to my bank, I was amazed that as a preferred client that Brandee was able to have less closing costs, and a better rate. Brandee exudes confidence, patience, integrity and the utmost professionalism, her cheerful attitude and demeanor are contagious and will automatically put you at ease and in a great mood. It was a pleasure to do business with her and her team.

  Definitely recommend. Great service both professional and respectful! Getting the loan was an extremely smooth process. No hidden fees nothing that wasn't explained in extensive detail. Always took the time to help me with any questions. 100% recommended you will not be disappointed.
