  I had a great experience with Bolt Credit Services. I couldn’t have asked for a better company and representative. I had the opportunity to work with Sol. She was very kind, supportive and helpful. Great communication, awesome to work with, answered any and every question I had and got back to me about inquiries quickly. My account was constantly kept updated so I knew what was going on. I would definitely recommend Bolt Credit Services! Thank you for the good experience and being so helpful!

  DO NOT GO HERE!!! I REPEAT, SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME! They took hundreds of dollars out of my account for months without one change. You also have to deal with attitude when asked why your credit hasn’t changed in 7 months after paying $99 a month, on top of a $274 down payment. They just sit there and wait for letters. I paid over $800 total for this company and my credit did NOT CHANGE 1 point. I am actually in the process of filing a small claims case because this company is an absolute fraud. Don’t fall for the fake positive reviews that I am sure they paid for. They pocketed the money of a hard working man who is trying to fix his credit and have chosen to completely ignore me because every month that I got charged $99 a month, I asked why I am not seeing nor even one little change. I even agreed to pay for an “aggressive” approach towards my credit in order to get it fixed, and it was so “aggressive” that I would wait over a month for a small little note on their website that they call an “update”, when it’s absolutely nothing but a letter sent out to the company. I never received any letters, always dealt with the attitude of Midea who simply told me to wait for results every month for 8 months. There is barely any follow ups , I literally just sit there month after month watching them take 99 dollars a month out of my account. Do you really want to deal with all these NEGATIVE issues? Bottom line, if you want to waste your money, time and hope, go ahead and sign up with this company. My own lawyer has told me that this company is literally a scam out of your money. I LOST HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS WITH ZERO RESULTS! Please remember that before you choose to work with this company. I have also reported this company to Bill Gephard and received an email back requiring to see all my expenses to this company. Please, save your self the time, the money and the hope of thinking they’re going to fix your credit, because they are not here to help you, they’re here to take all your money and give you attitude for every single time you ask for updates on your credit.

  Hi Alen, now you know this is not true. How can you say you didn't get good results when you got amazing results the first time you signed up.. Then when you came back & signed up again later, due to new negative items, you also got great results, again for the 2nd time, but then you got several new negative items again. Part of our requirement is that you do not get any new negative items while in the process of credit repair. Also you were not with us 8 months, you were with us for 3 months the 2nd time. I am unsure why you have been so angry & disrespectful to my staff this second time that you started with us. However, you did get amazing results and we have advised you this many times & you can see it on your updated credit report. We wish you luck in the future.

  We had our mortgage sold and we weren't made aware until three months later when our credit went down 200 points. Fast forward three months trying to buy a house and no one will lend to use because of the "late" payment the bank had put on our record. We had paid in full and sent disputes to the bank because we weren't aware of the switch! Bolt Credit was WELL worth the money and time. In 45 days our score went from low 600's to 760 and the late payments were removed from our credit history!! We had tried everything before hiring them but now we can buy a house and don't have any worries. Would highly recommend them!
