Listen...nobody likes dealing with or talking to collectors. I've worked with two particular ladies with this firm, Debbie and Beth, and they've been nothing but nice to me. I've been a "customer" of theirs for the last 5 years. Just talk to the collectors. The bill ain't going away.

I have been fighting cancer for the past two years. Living on disability because I am unable to do my job. My income is limited and most of my money goes to copays and prescriptions. The people that I have talked to here are the worst kind of people. Nothing nice about them in anyway and don't understand that the payment plans they want are not in my budget to pay. Didn't care about the amount I suggested! Beware of these people of Satan, and ANY COMPANY THAT GIVES THESE PEOPLE BUSINESS DESERVES TO BE DAMBED TO HELL WITH THEM

I was sent a bill over $180 for wi power and lights..... I dont understand why i have a past due bill when i have not made a late payment at my address now considering i have been here for 3 years. If it was a bill from 4- 6 years ago you would think it would be on my credit score. I will not be paying it until i see it on my credit score. This seems like fraud to me. Looking at the building makes me even more sketched out.
