      I thought Hibernia was bad back in the day. This bank makes them look like absolute saints. This bank doesn't care about the community or YOU one iota. They closed my disabled elderly mother's account without cause nor explanation, causing her a great deal of stress on top of what she already had after my father passed away and the money troubles that ensued. When pressed for the reason for the closure? "That's confidential." Seriously. They actively refused to give any reason whatsoever as if they knew it was shameful what they had done to her (ya think?). I have just one recommendation: Go elsewhere or you will learn the hard way when you least expect it. It's really unfortunate Wells Fargo is closing their local branch.

      This bank will only sell money orders to existing account holders. I was disappointed that they sent me away and certainly won't ever bank with them now.
