      The customer service that came with the new name is so as*. I asked to reschedule my payment that was scheduled on a specific day and whoever responded tells me that I don't have a payment scheduled on that day even though I have an email stating that I do. When I responded that their info was incorrect, I got no response and the payment was not rescheduled.
