  Rich has been a financial advisor and retirement planner for my family for five years. He has worked through numerous solutions with all 3 of us for various different financial situations. He always ensures that we have a thorough understanding of what is happening with our money and our accounts. He has a lot of knowledge and experience that leads me to trust his advice regarding my retirement planning.

  Rich Lamore was my dad's financial advisor and acquaintance, and I met him at dad's funeral service, where he was passing out his business cards to my family members. Per his offer, we contacted him soon after with several questions about tracking down dad's financial information, and once learning that neither my sister nor I were interested in personally using Boundless as our own advisors, his emails suddenly got really delayed, with excuses like "I'll be on a plane to Florida". He also avoided the specific questions we asked and explained basic concepts back to my sister and I, and we would later learn that he didn't even contact the life insurance company about my dad's death, we had to do that. It also took many prompts from us over 4 months until he finally contacted the law office handling dad's estate to provide them financial statements. Rich never took responsibility for his inaction, or seemed aware of the fact that he was preventing my dad's estate from moving forward, despite consistent communication from myself, my sister, and the law office. It was appalling behavior from anyone who claims to provide customer service, but even more so coming from the senior partner of the company.
