      I wanted to write a review for you to let you know how amazing the Boyd and Associates team is. In particular Stacy Lusk, who has not only helped me clean up a huge technical error by a certain major bank effecting my digital bookkeeping, but also helped me uncover some check fraud going on in my account resulting in me saving $750. So although I know you guys aren’t specialists in identity theft, I wanted to let you know your team’s attention to detail helped avoid what could have been significantly more damage to my account. Thanks a ton!

      2/3 reviews are over a year old... What happened this last year?! Maybe only Sean is good? Not sure haven't dealt with him. For the rest, poor or rather lack of communication. No sense of real care. Submitted a return a month ago (March) and they just processed it the day before tax day?! Not only did they file so last minute, we tried TurboTax and the preview shows the same amount of returns, except they're charging eight times the amount of TurboTax. They've also managed to give poor customer service to the members that initially referred us. Not sure what happened but they're losing clients this year and they don't seem to care. Very dissatisfied. Not sure what kind of business they're running but it feels dishonest. Quote from an associate at Boyd & Associates - "As you noted, our firm may not be a good fit for you going forward, as we certainly aren’t for everyone. After payment is received and we can file the 2017 tax return, if you feel that you will not be working with us going forward, please let us know so we can update our records."
