      The best I could do for BCEFCU is give it a 3 and half stars. On the good side: there are never any long lines and the rates are good. Overall, they keep it very simple. On the bad side: the operation is severely outdated, customer service is quite lackluster, and it was only convenient when I was working downtown. They could truly benefit from some diversity in their staff and they could absolutely receive better feedback by upgrading their technology.

      Call to find information to open an account and got the rudest people I ever encountered . Starting from Pauline the person who answered the phone and finishing with the Manager Carl. Spoke to him about the incident I had with his employee and he acted like he didn't believe me . I explained to him that is this the way they conducted business in this bank I WILL NEVER OPEN AN ACCOUNT HERE. He also was rude in his respond and NEVER APOLOGIZED FOR HIS EMPLOYEE BAD BEHAVIOR....
