Brad made the whole process of loan to close very smooth. Made me feel very well supported start to finish with open communication and a vast level of knowledge. Nailed deadlines and stayed on top of everything, including follow-up. Brad knows his numbers. He knows them so well in fact that for the less experienced, one may require an intermediary, like an agent, to translate what is being communicated.
