  Working in real estate transactions for the past 12 years on both sides and for the first time I’m leaving a negative review. Unresponsive title company, and truly no care for you as a client before or after the transaction. I had to reach out to this title company the day before my closing and the day of closing.. which was clearly delayed by themselves. They never returned my calls or gave updates, even to the real estate agent that recommended them. I’m assuming they will not use them going forward either. I still have a need, and have reached out since closing 7 times. They will not return calls or provide any of my needed documents. Please consider the importance of your large real estate transactions and choose your title company wisely.

  I’ve been a real estate agent for 5 years and have never dealt with a more unresponsive title company as this. My client was under contract with a foreclosure property, so we had to use this title company so it would be at seller’s expense. My lender tried to reach them 3 days straight regarding HOA docs with no response, and come to find out they ordered HOA resale the DAY OF CLOSING!!! Client sat in their office for 6+ hours waiting to close, which of course I was not very happy with. To put a cherry on top, I gave clear instructions to send my commission to my personal address, which was confirmed. They sent it it an unmanned office of my broker, and by snail mail. After multiple emails and texts, finally get someone who apologizes that they were out for the holidays. This closed on 12/23 and it’s 1/5 now...almost 2 weeks. I guess all they want it low hanging fruit like foreclosure business, because as realtor I would cringe if I ever saw their name on another contract.
