  I couldn't ask for more from the tellers and other staff at BS&L. They are always courteous, friendly and professional.

  When I went to start my small business account there they seem to have no interest in my business based on my size. They never asked questions and never made service recommendations. We ran into a cash flow issue which small businesses do. I misunderstood the timing of deposits and withdrawals and bounced a check. I went to talk to the manager and while she did remove the fees she was dismissive, cut me off, and ended by a conversation by going back to work without saying goodbye A manager from another bank found out we'd opened and came and visited me in person and talked about their understanding of the issues facing us and looked at what we needed and how to coordinate services to make it more cost-effective well as setting us up with a reserve line of credit. I'm really happy with my new bank. I consider BSL elitist and would never recommend them to a small business.

  I'd leave zero stars if I could. Atm took money from account and never gave me the cash. When I talked with customer service they were extremely rude and said it wasn't their issue. This isn't the first time I've had an issue with BS&L but it will be the last time. I'll be doing my banking elsewhere.

  Sometimes ATMs do malfunction. Since you aren’t a customer of BS&L, you have to submit a claim through your bank, since we can’t verify that your account was actually charged for the withdrawal. They should give you a credit and they’ll get in touch with us. Sorry if that wasn’t made clear when you contacted us.
