      Very poor customer service at the MC branch. Three employees working and they said I needed to make an appointment and no one would help me. There was not a SOUL in the bank except for my son and I. Poor communication from the 1800 number because no one told me I needed to make an appointment for banking needs! Horrible customer service to its EXISTING CUSTOMERS!!!
