  I went to the Soldiers Field branch in Sugar Land this morning to deposit some money. In spite of showing the teller the card with my correct account number, she deposited it in a different account that I share. When I questioned her, she tried to justify it. When I came home and checked the transaction, I was correct. I want to complain about such inefficient service.

  I called today to figure out how to take care of my account needs. When I asked question about charges the associate lied to me. When I asked more questions because I didn’t understand, she began to get irritated with me and speak rudely. I explained that I wanted to shift the energy because of how she was speaking to me and I wasn't trying to have a negative interaction. She then put me on hold to double check her lie with someone else, I could hear the person in the background someone say "if you don't get it today, you'll never hear from her again!!' Brazos Valley do better. This is unacceptable and when I signed up with your credits union, I did not think that your staff would LIE TO CUSTOMERS when questioned that I would be getting insulted and spoken about in this manner when I called to get help. Do better.
