      Website to reorder checks was not working properly so I called and attempted to order checks and the lady asked for my account number and checked it out and said she ordered them for me. She didn’t ask for the control number or the reorder number,just saying that she has it.when the checks arrived that started at 1000 like I was a new customer,when I called to complain a different lady said that I would have to pay again for new checks which they messed up my order,I asked to speak with a supervisor and she said supervisor was busy and would call me back.As you would know I’m still waiting on that call.If they had a zero rating that’s what I would give.

      I've been to their Sherwood location several times to open an account & never even got inside the front door! Its always locked & never answered!
