      For a very small, neighborhood bank, their employees couldn't care less about their customers. Rarely does one encounter someone as condescending as Laura, an employee of theirs who finds it far more important to be heard than anyone else, including a customer of 6 years. It's also interesting that after 6 years of visiting the same branch at least once per week, that they still don't know who I am. Very sad!
