  Downsizing is something I had to do to be able to afford to do other things other than sit in my house. However, I can honestly say I was not ready mentally to change homes. Brian definitely has many excellent qualities. Listening is one of them. He did an awesome job of listening to what I wanted to accomplish with buying a different house. He also has that personality that can make you feel like everything would work out just fine. He was always asking 'what can I do for you', which shows the compassion he has for his customers. Most important is that when he says he and his team will get the job done, they do. I'm sitting in my new home tonight because Brian and his team made it all come together even when time was not on their/our side. Brian, thank you, for everything. I didn't stress these last few days because I trusted you would get the job done and you did.
