  Brian Foss at First Home Mortgage recently help my wife and I get approved for a loan to buy a new house in the wild housing market of early 2022. He made the process easy by being available whenever we needed to answer questions and provide documentation and financial flexibility that we needed while putting in offers (and unfortunately losing out) on several homes in an aggressive market. Beyond the usual services, though, Brian projects a calm that seems to be rooted in experience and familiarity with the housing market (even at a very volatile time) that helped take some of the stress out of a very stressful time. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for mortgage assistance.

  Working with Brian Foss was a great pleasure. He is personable and very friendly and remarkably genuine. He is incredibly responsive, and that, to me, was the most important part of working with him. Getting a mortgage is a grueling process, full of many twists, turns and "hiccups". Brian always came through in the best possible possible. Much as I find the general process of applying for a new mortgage to be tedious , Brian was great. I recommend him highly and without hesitation.
