      very disorganized and will make you duplicate production of taxes they lose;.Nice people but not professional in terms of losing documents and entering the wrong loan terms with the underwriter. Brian is completely hand off and will not appear at the closing; They don't care about being disciplined and organized. MANY MISTAKES by Brian and Cheryl K
