  I greatly appreciated Brian and team's availability and clear communication through the home buying experience. There's a lot to take in but Brian explained the steps early on, followed up as needed, and periodically touched base along the way. Bidding for a house was overwhelming but getting a loan wasn't. We had none of the last minute paperwork issues in underwriting that friends ran into. Appreciate the combination of warmth and thoroughness from Brian and the team!

  Brian and his team were absolutely phenomenal to work with on our first house purchase. As most can probably relate to by now, buying a home post-pandemic is an arduous road often times riddled with heavy emotions. I certainly didn't expect my first home to require the time, emotional energy and capital that it did, but folks like Brian and his team made it that much easier. We first got acquainted with Brian when we put an offer that was actually accepted back in 2020. Sadly, the inspection surfaced undisclosed structural damage that required us to pull out. From late 2020 through 2022, Brian kept in close contact with my wife and I offering his thoughts on the market, how we might alter our strategy to find something that we liked and encouraging us throughout. If that weren't enough, he always included us in his famous Fall fiestas that included amazing local music and food/drink - this in spite of the fact that we hadn't actually been able to successfully purchase a home. Agents came and they went, but Brian stuck it out with us. I would highly recommend Brian and his team. In many cases, lenders seem to be so impersonal and, frankly, uninterested in individuals. That is absolutely not the case with Brain. We look forward to working with his team again in the future.
