So I have worked with Brian twice in the past year. The first to purchase a home and the second time to refinance. I picked him because he comes highly recommended. When I actually was able to work with him; I understood why. Here are some pros that I have realized when working with him: 1. FAST response time 2. Thorough explanations which are easy to comprehend 3. Works with and for you; he does not work to take your money and leave you disappointed 4. He is very knowledgeable in the field 5. No pressure while working with him! 6. Went above and beyond what I expected Cons: 1. I was unable to meet him in person due to location (not really a con but I felt I had to put something) Other notes: Both times working with him I ended up going a different direction not due to Brian's fault. The first time was because the seller was offering too many incentives using their own lender which Brian could not beat. Had it not been for all the extras and incentives the seller was providing; I still would have used Brian. The second time; Brian actually illustrated to me that a refinance wasn't going to be a good idea financially. Again, it was an honest gesture which shows he's not in it to take your money. He really does care for your satisfaction! When the time comes to refinance, buy, or sell a home - I will def come back to Brian first and foremost!!! I highly recommend him to anyone in the market to buy or refinance.
