      Worst lender I’ve ever worked with. Every time he ran the numbers he ran them wrong, and I mean every time. He was even going to submit the wrong numbers to underwriting until his assistant caught it. We were under contract on our dream home and needed a bridge loan. Brian said no problem and then all of a sudden says he can’t do it. That same day the we had another lender see if we qualified and she was able to get us approved for the loan we needed in 1 day. This was too late and another buyer swooped in on our home. So we lost out on our dream home because Brian doesn’t know how to do his job. Either that or he just doesn’t care. Avoid working with this guy at all costs.
