      I tried to give these guys the benefit of the doubt, for the rep I used didn't communicate things well. One year after I got my house, I found out the tax rate they signed me up on was for a home valued at $44000. My home was purchased for $109000. My new tax increase should've increased a little bit. BUT because of their error, my mortgage went from $749 a month to $980 a month. Totally inexcusable. Do not use this company to buy a home.

My team is reaching out to you now to review the changes in value and the amount of tax that you need to pay. Unfortunately we don't get to control what the county auditor appraisers your house for and what amount you will pay in taxes. In 2019 your real estate taxes were $1,426.84. In 2020 they increased to $1,540.46. In 2021 they jumped to $2,876.62. When we closed on your home financing in 2020 we used the accurate tax bill at that time. We cannot predict what tax increases you might have in the future but my team and I would love to talk with you about it.
