      My husband and I were deciding whether we should refinance our home to reduce our rate, or to just stay with what we had knowing we may move within the next few years. I reached out to Brianna to discuss our options. She asked us a few questions and ran the numbers for us. After review she recommended we stay with our current loan as it just didn’t make enough of a financial impact to refinance. As much as I’m sure she would of appreciated the business, she was honest with us. We have sent a couple of friends to her and both have enjoyed the experience.       I really appreciate the review. I'm glad you came to me for advice. I will never recommend a refinance that won't help you somehow. There are many reasons to refinance and many benefits, but sometimes, it just doesn't make sense!
