      Found Brett with Brick Financial through lending tree. I'm a little older with declining income and was having a hard time finding a lender that would qualify me for a refi-- and I was a little skeptical when Brett shared that he could take care of this--y'know, there are a lot of predators out here and maybe this was too good to be true. I looked up his firm online, read his bio, talked with him on the phone and felt a lot better about who I was considering a refi with. Brett took really good care of me every step of the way. Easy, calm, and generous with his time, answered all of my questions. Always easy to find via phone or text--found him couple of times on saturdays. I only communicated within him the entire time--didn't get tossed around from person to person. He qualified me and efficiently executed a new mortgage through Caliber.
