      I would highly recommend Brickwood Mortgage and especially Pat Kennedy! He was very patient with me as my husband and I went through the steps of getting qualified for our home loan, and even followed up with us the day after our closing on the home, which I wasn't expecting. He definitely went above and beyond every step of the way, and I would highly recommend him and his team to anyone who is looking for a new home loan, or a refinance on an existing loan. I will definitely tell all my friends in the Upstate of SC to use Brickwood if they're looking for a home here at the beach!

      We just got done with out refinance using Brickwood Mortgage. I can not tell you how pleased we are that we used them. Pat was absolutely amazing. That man worked so hard for us to get the best rate and most out of our house. He kept us updated on everything. He would call us every couple days just to keep us informed on what was foomg on. Even if he had no new news, he would still call us just to touch base. Pat, myself and my family want to tell you, we are so thankful for you. You have helped us out more then you will ever know. I would absolutely recommend this company and especially Pat Kennedy.
