  I have been with the bank for five years. While I rarely need direct assistance from the team, I had to do a sizable international wire transfer within a short timeframe that was subject to big penalties if not sent on time. There were a number of challenges including temporary increase on my daily limit, an outdated verification phone number, negotiating currency conversion rates etc. that further complicated the execution of the transfer. Margie Stelma was instrumental to getting the wire out on time and with a reasonable cost. She was there every step of the way and rounded up the necessary team members to get it done in time. I feel relieved knowing I can count on them to go the extra mile when challenges arise. Thank you Margie and the rest of the team.

  I've learned long before now, that when leaving a question for someone in construction lending, you must have patience for the return phone call .....if it happens at all! Kim ignores u completely!

  Terriable rules and regulations in cashing checks even if they have the golden seal of approval. How ever the teller/(Rebecca ) who assisted me was fabulous. She had a great attitude and wonderful energy. She was very pleasent and handle the wait with the check process very well. Please validate her awesome customer service.
