      Have been with bridge bank for years. Never had a problem with Mechanicsville bank, then I go to mt vernon to ask for a temp card and the girl next to the entrance told me there was no such thing, (I figured they did away with that for security reasons) that she would order a new debit card for me....come to find out weeks after waiting for it in the mail that she never ordered it and lied about temp cards. Spoke to the President KEVIN and I feel that he handled the situation as a game. Basically if I didn't go in to get a new card, card then too bad 👎. I explained that I can't just show up due to work and he insisted he wouldn't do ANYTHING about it... not even talk to the person giving out wrong information...very unprofessional, really disappointed in that branch.

      Love this bank. Everyone is so nice. The small town feel is wonderful. They will everything they can in order to help you. And it's always a good feeling when you walk in and they know you by name.
