      Update: Still great. Honest, helpful and thorough. I’m shopping for refinancing loans and Chris doesn’t try to just sell me on anything. — Previous review 2 years prior: Chris and his crew is equipped to handle all kinds of mortgage situations. He handled our VA loan directly and was an absolute gentleman the entire time. He is personable, always easy to reach, thorough and explained all the steps in the process either in email or by phone - whichever I preferred. His rate was on point with the rest of the market and while yes, I paid for him to service my loan, the cost was well worth it. I never had to worry about where I was in the process or lose time researching what was needed of us next. I know this review may sound suspiciously positive, but I honestly have no complaints. From the moment I first contacted him, to closing and even after, it has been a pleasure.
