  I have belonged to this bank for 15 years. They are good, have done a car loan and HE loan for me. All good rates, easy website to use, seem to me to go all the way in delivering service. Plus free coffee. The manager for the last few years, Steve always seems to do whatever it takes to satisfy the customer. What more do you want more from a a small credit union? This day in age if I can get some competent service, like I do at this bank, I am grateful. Good job bank. Keep it up. Sean

  I called this Bank were I have a savings account & the person I was transfered to mentioned my husband's name first before even verifying who I am. I thought It was odd considering he's only a beneficiary on my account which I solely have. Then I was trying to deposit some gift checks I further discoved I could not because of some weird rules. They lost out on 120,000 deposit because they said I had to add my husband and make my savings account a joint one. There is no reason to force me to do that.I told them I could bring all parties involved but they refused to let me deposit my checks. Very strange way to do business. I don't know if I will anymore.. I might add that no other bank has said there is a problem. I can simply endorse the check & deposit them. Very strange.

  They deny loans with no substantial reasoning in order to offer you credit cards instead. Predatory credit union and a waste of time.
