As a First Time Homebuyer, I was unsure and a anxious about what to do when it came to buying a home. I was given Taylor Briggs’ contact number and on the first call with him, my anxiety decreased and felt more confident in regards to my budget. Trusting Taylor with Briggs Team Lending was the best choice I could have made when deciding to buy my first home. I have been working with Taylor for over a year now with two pre approval processes (due to a mid way job switch) but he never gave up helping me. From our initial conversation all the way up until closing Taylor was clear, informed, and responsive. There were moments where numbers had to be ran quickly, or interest rates were changing rapidly over the period of one day and this was all handled with finesse. I was able to use a VHDA conventional loan with closing cost assistance giving me the opportunity to keep my cash. From beginning to end and even after the process has ended Taylor continues to be a valuable resource and I encourage anyone reading this review to not look any further if they want the best experience possible. Five stars isn’t enough for Taylor and his team. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
