Steve Tomlinson and his team at BrightPath Mortgage were phenomenal, from start to finish, with the lending process of our new home. He is extremely knowledgeable, and made the process as simple as possible and easy to understand. He got us locked into an interest rate just in time, days before the market rates went up significantly. They got us closed on time, even though a problem came up the day before closing. I don’t think another lender would have made that possible. He saved us a ton of money, and made the stressful event of buying a home so much easier. If I buy another home or refi, I know who I’m reaching out to.

The service at first was really good but they sell your load to the worst bank that has customer service equal to the DMV... Nextbank. Because of the bad service I am getting from next bank I will never do any business with Brightpath again. Bright path is not bad but who they sell your loan to you will be stuck with. Please think long and hard before you use them!

We can't say enough good things about Steve Tomlinson and Brightpath Mortgage. From the beginning of the process when we got a GREAT rate while rates were rising as well as OUTSTANDING service up to closing... Our closing was awful, due to a terrible and uprepared closing attorney. But, Steve was at the closing with us and worked with us to help us get through a terribly stressful time. He didn't have to do this, his part was done, but he stuck with us and helped this come to a successful resolution. We highly recommend SteveTomlinson and Brightpath and will never use another mortgage company other than Brightpath. Customer for life.
