Unfortunately this company leaves the customers behind, they don't fulfill with what was committed and don't answer calls, emails, text messages and don't return the calls received by their office colleagues.

Rafael, we are sorry to hear that we did not meet your expectations. We are currently short staffed and in the process of moving locations. Unfortunately, it is physically impossible to let every client know every time they have to make a payment. The carrier sends emails and mails letters to all clients when payment is due. You can also set up auto pay, which 90% of our customers do.
