  I’ve never know a lender to ignore business. They’re usually hungry for your business but Brittany Boudreaux simply ignored my requests for an estimate. Several days later, had the audacity to say, “I’m sure you’ve gone with another lender by now...” I asked for a different rep to work with. She sends her husband to me a day or two later. By then, the rate has gone up .12% Bret has also neglected to give me an estimate which I have waited for ALL week. (An unofficial “worksheet” is all they’ve sent.) Now, he doesn’t even answer text messages for the last couple of days but sure didn’t mind sending me a “Happy Memorial Day” advertisement this morning. In fact, they both did! I’ve shopped many lenders and these two are the absolute worst!

We definitely wanted to earn your business and provided you with 4 closing cost worksheets within a week. It appeared that you were not happy with any of them. Our company's policy is that we cannot lock loans until we have a customers commitment and we never received a commitment from you. Again, we are sincerely sorry that you feel like you received less than stellar service. We wish you luck with your refinance.

  Brittany Boudreaux went above and beyond my expectations for a mortgage lender. She was prompt, knowledgeable and genuinely wanted to see me obtain my home. She did everything in her power to make my dream a reality. I will use her for all of my mortgage needs moving forward!
