  We started off with a phone call to Broadleaf and found an amazing sales person. Charlie went above and beyond with showing us the lot and the houses available. We signed the contract site unseen and made the right choice with everything he showed us. We flew out to Arizona and met Charlie in person and he could not have been more on the money with the location and the lot. The rest of the team assisted us along the way Mary and Heather were instrumental in making our dreams come true. We had the pleasure yesterday of doing our pre orientation with our construction superintendent (Gabe) and he brought the building process to the next level with his professionalism. We can't wait to see our dream house completed.

  LATEST ISSUE TO DEAL WITH: 1-09-22 We have a leak in the wall behind our refrigerator, coming from the laundry room sink upstairs! More poor workmanship issues! This should not be happening, at 2/1/2 years of home ownership! More money AND STRESS!! UPDATE: 12-30-2021 Home owner time period: July, 2019-December, 2021 Our latest issue to spend money on is the Shutter on the facade which has separated from the home. I can already anticipate other repairs to come in the near future! Keep you updated! Our dream home will not be a reality!! The only reason I am giving them two stars is because we had an awesome sales agent JP!! It's all about the money and mass production of homes! Our explanation in detail: We were excited about our new home and the beautiful view from our balcony. We asked if any homes were to be built behind us and were not given a definite answer. They knew there were plans to build another 400 homes behind us! There goes our view! We are disappointed and frustrated! We perhaps would have chosen another location for our dream home had they been straight forward with an answer! The workmanship of these homes are like putting the puzzle pieces together. So far, so good? Each item is charged as an upgrade or addition. Very little is included in the base price of the home. During the building process and after we closed, The Driveway was installed incorrectly and had to be replaced from cement to pavers. Exterior railing was missing. Front exterior decorative circular design were not painted. Refused to replant front landscaping that died. Interior hand rail was not correct material. Ring door bell installation kit missing repair too. No place to hang towels in master bathroom. Laundry room was missing the sink. Laundry room faucet cheap product not the same as the rest of house. Dining room windows not centered on wall. Hot water tank installed incorrectly. Nails, trash, and lots of sharp objects left in backyard at close of escrow and refused to clean up! Then we had our 11 month warranty inspection and the painters that came to finish the repairs left the walls blotchy and with patches all over. We tried to address this issue with the area supervisor and was told there is nothing they can do! Our request to resolve this issue has been dismissed stating it is the owners responsibility to take care of this matter. This will cause us financial loss.
