      I was introduced to Chebel through my sister who had just completed a refinance with him. Chebel is also a friend and a trusted colleague of my cousin. My sister told me I have nothing to lose. Having been a Mortgage Consultant for 7 years and having tried several times to refinance without success due to a high debit ratio, I was a little reluctant. I met Chebel, we went over the numbers and he was able to work his magic and get me out of an investor loan at 4% to a conventional loan at 2.75%. He kept in touch with updates as necessary.
