      Small business . Don't waste your time here or waste a credit check , you won't get a loan here . You'll spend hours doing all the paperwork and jumping through there hoops just to be told no . This is NOT a small business friendly banking institute .

      I intended to teach my sons how to manage their own banking. The customer service has been disappointing in person, over the phone and online. Everything is difficult with this bank. I don’t understand why ATM deposits would not be allowed. I switched both of my son’s accounts to USAA.
