      Great people just as good a bank as any other bank they try hard anyway

      Always takes forever, even when you’re the only one there. Customer service at this location is far worse than any other one I go to. For a bank they never have what we ask for as far as change due to the change shortage, but it’s only a change shortage at this location oddly enough.

      Their lending department is slow. We had the purchase order and all the required docs, but we were always told that underwriting was “still reviewing”. A whole week later we got a call that they were ready. We even got the loan approval notice via snail mail before UW was ready! Went to a local credit union and got approved at a higher amount and lower rate. The next day I sent the same docs to the CU and was set to go. Zach was assisting us from Broadway- he was cordial.
