      Great service. They caught a fraudulent purchase within 5 minutes, notified me right away and blocked it. I did have to go to the bank to get a new bank card but it only took 5 minutes. And they reconfirmed my activity on my debt card.

      Absolutely HORRIBLE!!! I am from out of town and needed quarters to do laundry. The lobby was closed, so I went through the drive through window. Although the teller was pleasant, their policy is horrendous. I was told that I can't exchange a $20 dollar bill for two rolls of quarters because I don't have an account. Allegedly, without an account, there is no "tracking" of the money. WHAT!!! It is $20 AMERICAN MONEY!!!! You have the ability to verify it isn't counterfeit. Is this a Federal policy or just your desire to control people?
