I went to cash a check as a non-member. Monica was kind and patient enough to show me the benefits of becoming a new member and how it would benefit my new business. She also explained the platinum credit card promotion in the very short time I had. I will definitely come back for both! I felt that she cared about my business and personal banking needs. She was very professional and polite at the same time. We need more people that enjoy their jobs in every type of service like she does. I will make Broadway my bank next time I come by. Unfortunately I was in a rush on the day I met one of your best tellers. Thank you Monica and keep up the great service!

This place sux real bad. If you are waiting in the lobby expect to wait a long time because they have only 1 person on the floor to handle the customers. And if no customers are here that employee that should he handling the lobby goes to the back and never comes to check for customers you always just gotta wait to be seen. The girls and one guy in the back that handle the lines are always flirting with guys or talking about there personal situations. If they see a customer in the lobby they wont say anything at all they just keep talking about what theirs plans are for after they leave. This place needs better workers and more workers working the lobby. Not everyone goes through the lanes.
