  This has been the only loan experience I've ever had that I would describe as easy and stress free. Marcus walked me through the process every step of the way, and answered all questions quickly and in terms I could understand. He also listened, understood and worked with my particular situation to work out a loan scenario I didn't think was possible. I will definitely be sending my family and friends his way from now on. Update: I came back to Marcus 2 years after my first loan with him and he once again worked magic to get me the optimal result. It was stress and hassle free again, and with rates rising fast he acted immediately to lock in the best rate and scenario for me and my family. I wouldn't think the loan process would de-stress the home buying process, but Marcus did it... he's an absolute expert and Ace at his job. Thanks again Marcus!

  This was our first home buying experience and we talked to several brokers before we went with Marcus and Team, and all I can say is that Marcus was leagues ahead of the competition. Best rates (without really any competition), exceptionally fast turnaround times with everything from quotes to the final closing process. I can't recommend Broker Direct Lending enough. Give them your business, you won't be disappointed!

  Let's start with WOW! Marcus made our refi a breeze. From start to finish I was impressed. His evaluation of our situation and the variety of options he presented showed he cares about his clients. Marcus is responsive and professional. I had a lot of questions and he educated me patiently. He values the clients feedback. The loan process was fast and easy. As a small business owner it was great to have someone who understood us. I highly recommend skipping the big banks and calling Marcus. He will get the job done!
