      Would highly recommend. This was my first refinance and very pleased with Eric's work. Eric was super responsive and went the extra mile on every part of the deal. He is independent (which is a big plus) - he easily had access to the best rate I could find after shopping around at a number of banks. Close was very quick and he thoroughly answered every question I had. Thank you Eric!

      I had tried in the past to re-fi my high interest rate with other lenders. Eric was able to get it done in a short time with alot of hurdles.Saved me about $850 per month !!!
