      If Google would allow us to give Kate Weglarz 10 stars we would! Kate and Brokers Real Estate were true gems to work with. While in Bluffton vacationing, we called Brokers Real Estate and were put in touch with Kate who was kind enough to meet with us that same afternoon. Kate toured us around the area and provided invaluable knowledge about the various communities, giving us confidence as to where to hone in on our search. We communicated with Kate remotely from New York for several weeks afterward, during which time Kate showed us multiple homes virtually over Facetime. She was extremely patient and answered all our questions during each showing. Kate guided us with sound insight throughout our search and multiple offers, which we very much appreciated considering we were doing it remotely. Alas, Kate found us the perfect house and we couldn't be happier. We would highly recommend Kate and Brokers Real Estate.
