My builder Gehen homes has them as perferred lender. My Gehan sales rep told me day one going with the preferred lender will make the process smoother and i will get the best discounts. I was skeptical. I did all my paperwork never heard from Nancy in 4 months. Her Assisnt Kat is just as incompetent and makes excuses to cover up Nancy every time you call. If I’d gone with them I’d probably never close in on time of lost tons of money. Please avoid this group at all cost.

Not responsive on my questions and as a new owner to a new build, it was not great to hear the increase in my mortgage due to taxes on the day of signing.
