      I was greeted at the door very kindly. But when I went to go speak with the teller she was rude in this respectful. I kindly asked her if I could have a few $2 bills and she lied to my face saying she didn't have any when they were clearly in her register. I will be talking to the branch manager.

      I had a similar horrible experience with other reviewers. Marina is a horrible representation to that branch. I have to close my accounts with Brookline Bank due to 3 fraud activities across 2 of my accounts over past 5 weeks. The whole process was very stressful and Marina not only didn't try to help or apologize to our situation. The last words from her before I left the bank was "There is nothing we can do to protect you from fraud". If this is the case, I would rather save my cash under my pillow. Very sad to see how this branch is being underrated because of this one aggressive and unpleasant staff. If you bank with them, DO NOT TALK to Marina.
