  I took my son out to buy a car about 6 weeks ago and I had to leave a review so that you can utilize the expertise and knowledge of the sales and finance team employed by Brooks Biddle Automotive. BROOKS BIDDLE AUTOMOTIVE IS A USED CAR LOT THAT I CONSIDER TO BE A SPARKLING RARE DIAMOND AMONGST A SEA OF MEDIOCRITY KNOWN AS THE USED CAR INDUSTRY. The folks here at Brooks Biddle Automotive will work every angle to meet YOUR automotive and budget requirements NOT their own financial gain. They truly put your needs first which is a sales tactic that may not make a sale for them today but will build good will amongst buyers. As most everyone knows the used car industry is well known for its shady practices of high pressure sales tactics and back room closed door negotiations. I’m here to tell you Brooks Biddle Automotive is the FIRST used car lot that blew my mind honestly. Our sales man Danny was the trooper climbing into the backseat of a two seater car. Technically it has four seat belts so Danny took us to a school where I taught my son to drive a six speed with poor Danny in the backseat of that sardine can. When we arrived back at the lot we met Gavin Biddle who was our finance manager. Gavin’s office is where we sat for the next four hours while Gavin worked his magic getting my son the most amazing rate possible and the lowest payment possible right in front of our eyes so we could see everything that went into “Making a Deal” a reality for my son. We asked a thousand questions about the process and Gavin was very candid in his answers. At the very end of a deal you decide if you want all the extra warranties, different types of insurances you can purchase forgiven your vehicle. As we walked through each one and asked questions, Gavin would give us his thoughts and reasoning Behind the decision that he would make as to buy or not to buy each one. Which coverages made sense and which ones didn’t for our specific situation not his. In the end Gavin could’ve sold us an additional five to $6000 worth of coverages but he only recommended one coverage for $300. Because it was a Saturday night When we arrived to purchase this vehicle everyone of the finance companies was closed or closing during our test drive. Gavin told us that we would have to wait until Monday. Due to my son being a first time buyer A loan officer would have to be working in order for him to make the sale. The computer can review and authorize all other sales except a first time buyer. As we were talking about this, Gavin received an email from a loan officer that happened to be staying late at Oregon Community Credit Union. I was highly impressed that he used car lot was working with a credit union to get their customers the best interest rates offered in the banking industry. You usually have to be a current member for some time to even apply for a loan with credit unions. Since this was the only offer my son had received and we proceeded with the purchase only having one offer on the table. Gavin offered to contact us on Monday if another finance company returned a better offer than the one we had proceeded with that Saturday night. As my son was signing the paperwork, I was reviewing it with him in depth as Gavin was explaining or highlighting each clause in the contract, I noticed that Gavin’s last name documented on the contract was Biddle. Gavin Biddle, I’m assuming is part of the namesake for Brooks Biddle Automotive. I must say that at no time did Gavin even intimate a family tie to the car lot. They have been around for many many years, when you drive by you think they are a new car dealership, the inventory they keep looks new and is kept neatly laid out like a new car dealership. Unlike the used car lots that require moving 3 other cars to access the one car you’d like to test drive. The cars online don’t do Justice for the actual car once you see it in person. In closing I will say, “you will surly leave feeling like part of the family, knowing your needs were considered at every critical point throughout the process!”

  Brooks Biddle Automotive is a 56 year, three generation automobile dealership! It shows in the way they do business and treat their customers. I was treated with kindness and fairness throughout the entire car buying process!

  Oz at Brooks Biddle sold me my dream car last week! This dealership is a close knit family run establishment helping customers throughout Washington. There was no pressure as you may find at other larger dealerships. The staff at Brooks Biddle made the process easy, fun and friendly. I will recommend Brooks Biddle to my family and friends!
