  With a 810 credit score my mother was still denied a $40,000 loan which was surprising to her because she was so confident on getting approved for a auto loan , after she finished paying her last car through them, which she also bought through them before. That didn't stop us from purchasing x3 bmw 2019. When the dealership gave us a copy of the credit report and showing the high credit score. They made sure that we left with a good deal and low APR . Don't get me wrong the credit Union would have gave us 2% lower but for some reason the loan officer we were dealing with seem to have a really bad day according to her face. She didn't even introduce her name but me and my mother felt the vibe. It was her decision not to approve her. It's just amazes me how everybody always recommends to finance a car through a credit union , but this credit Union that my mom's been with for a very long time , made it seem like we were new customers with a very low credit score. Hopefully when my mom decides to refinance through them because my mom is loyal for some reason. She will be setting up an appointment this time with the person who helped her the best.

  Very rude with nasty attitude no patience when dealing with customers. Disgusting demeanor I can't believe this is how the credit union treat there members, Everytime I call to speak with someone they always give me an attitude regardless of how nice and respectful I am towards them. This location has poor service all together please avoid if possible.
