      I used to like going here for my service but after the last interaction, I refuse. Let me begin by saying you can tell when they're in a bad mood because they will be rude and short with you over the phone and in person and they don't care. You can hear them talking about you from the lobby. Also, their mechanics aren't the greatest. Had an issue with my brakes but they kept saying they were fine. Got a second opinion and was told I should have had them changed a long time ago. Save the trip, go somewhere else.

      While the service in the past has been good, this time the wait was ridiculous. After being told the routine service would take 1-1.5 hours, I waited 3 hours. (There were no issues apart from a tire that had a slow leak.) They need to be more realistic so people can decide whether to wait. (I could have walked home in 20 minutes and come back later if they had been honest. When I returned to get the tire changed I waited 2 more hours. Everyone is very pleasant and professional and I understand things get busy, but please be realistic with wait times and stop assuming people have nothing else to do but sit for hours.
