      Bryce was excellent -- my wife and I were shopping TIC refinance options and Bryce quickly broke down our options and came up with a plan that matched our goals. Bryce also realized that some retail banks could probably get us a better rate then he was able to -- without hesitation he referred us to a loan manager at another bank (even though that's not really in his immediate interest). Would absolutely work with Bryce again -- this kind of professionalism leaves me feeling confident that he really does have my best interest at heart, and would recommend him without hesitation for anyone searching out financing in this crazy market 🙂
