      I wish I could give ZERO STARS!!! This is the worst bank I’ve ever worked with, they’ve made a mistake in a charge and now want to charge me double without any notice. We’ve never paid late and they charge me as if it were late. I DONT RECOMMEND THIS BANK ITS THE WORST.

      This company has been a nightmare since they bought my loan. If I had the option to give them 0 starts I would. All the comments that you read here are 100% true. If your loan is with this company you need to get out and run ASAP. I repeat run from this company!!! This company is aware of how horrible they are and they are ok with that.

      This company purchased my second mortgage and went after my house. The interest is unbelievable and they refused to modify at a rate I could afford. I am a senior citizen and had excellent credit. They put my home up for auction after many attempts to call, email, and modify.. all ignored. I had no recourse but to hire a very expensive attorney and file bankruptcy to save my home. They charged me $66,000 in late fees and asked for $12,5000 to stop it. Horrible company.
