  I had a similar situation like Jeff did a few years back, but still feel burned by the people who work here so im leaving a review to steer people away from them. I went to the Trenton branch, but someone was able to get my account from calling the Bethany branch. Absolute insanity. Had a few thousand dollars transfered to another account that wasn't mine. I got everything back, but you don't mess with someone's money and livelihoods. Switched banks. Never looked back and I have a better interest account to boot. Would not recommend.

  These people will talk about your personal business with each other. I wouldn’t trust them to keep your privacy in their best interest. Other branches may be different, but I’m not so sure about these people. I don’t know if I would trust them with any type of security practices either. My brother was able to get my account information without being on the account by social engineering the dumb lady over the phone. They need a major overhaul on training their people about social engineering and how NOT to give someone’s information when they aren’t THE OWNER OF THE ACCOUNT!!! I would not trust these people to keep your information or money safe and private!
